Shipping Policy
We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days after they are placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Please note that these timeframes are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s progress.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Initiating a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our online portal. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds

Exchanges

Gifts
Items marked as a gift will be refunded in the form of a gift card for the value of the returned item.
